Problem
Equinoxys is a DC-based management consulting firm specializing in IT solutions for federal organizations. While stakeholders aimed to improve the company’s digital presence and accessibility, users struggled to understand service offerings and initiate contact for consultations.
Solution
I redesigned the website to create a more cohesive experience centered on service discovery and contact flow. By restructuring the information architecture and refining user flows, the redesign improved navigation clarity, expanded service descriptions, and strengthened visual consistency. This made it easier for users to understand offerings and to reach out with confidence.
